1 Chronicles 19: The Rejection of True Kindness

The Bible clearly implies that David wanted to show kindness to the family of a king who had been kind to him. This other king had died, and the heart of David went out to them. But some of the new king’s leaders judged David sinfully and created a situation that could easily have turned into a war.
