Exodus 21: Judgments--For Every Day Living

The judgments revealed to Israel by God were expressions of His legal right to require them to abide by His claims. Since He is the source of the judgments, and since many of them related to everyday life among the people, they were the best source of information for the tribes to use for peace and well-being in the promised land.
